A plain-language summary of how we handle your lab's data. This page will be replaced by the reviewed legal text before public launch.
Why we use it
To run your lab's inventory, send expiry and stock alerts, enable sharing between labs, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
Where it is stored
Lab data and backups are hosted in India. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to staff who need it for support.
Sharing with others
When your lab lists surplus on the network, the listing details you choose to publish are visible to other verified labs. Service providers (email, messaging, hosting, analytics) process data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Inventory and usage records are kept while your lab is active and for as long as your institute's audit requirements need. System logs are kept for 90 days.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@lacmalabs.in and we will respond within 30 days.
