Cancellation

Requests can be cancelled before dispatch.

Wrong or damaged items must be flagged within 48 hours with a photo; credits are held until reviewed.

Same-city delivery is by Porter. Flammables, dangerous goods and cold-chain items are pickup only.

Supplier store orders in Phase 3 follow supplier terms.
